Art Culinare is a hardcover quarterly magazine with almost no advertising and only articles and recipes (full-page & full-color photographs) from top chefs around the world. Many of these recipes aren't realistic even in the finest dining restaurants, but it's a great resource to get ideas from and you'll reference them for years to come.
