TitleFood Service Director
• Set the strategic direction and manage the daily operations of all FSO including customers for camp, meetings, retreats, outdoor activities and weddings;
• Design and execute exceptional FSO menus, with a focus on quality of experience and efficiency of operations;
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to effectively promote and sell PVM;
• Prepare accurate forecasts and operate within established budgets;
• Consistently deliver excellence in customer service;
• Establish targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), schedules, policies and procedures;
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
• Develop and maintain all department control procedures;
• Oversee the overall operation of stock and management of inventory, including but not limited to rotation, preparation, distribution and related bookkeeping;
• Recruit, train, schedule and lead all department staff, including kitchen staff, servers and others based on accepted work practices and all city, state, federal, and labor regulations, laws and standards;
• Develop a process to supplement primary staff with temporary or part time employees or outsourced workers to ensure full staffing for all FSO events;
• Ensure a professional attitude and proper business attire when on property, ready to meet or service a member at any time;
• Ensure the general maintenance of FSO facilities, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including their timely repair and thorough cleanliness;
• Maintain and manage compliance with safety and regulatory issues associated with the indoor and outdoor FSO facilities, including OSHA, MSDS, fire safety, sanitation, other;
• Perform property inspections, prepare improvement and maintenance plans, and maintain related records;
• Facilitate and improve any safety, security and emergency plans pertinent to the department;
• All other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
Pay$47,000 - $52,000 DOE
