|Responsibilities||1.FOOD SERVICE: Show up to work on time in proper dress to prepare, cook, serve, and clean as assigned by your shift leader/Unit Leader(s)/Food Service Coordinator.
2.SUPERVISE HIGH SCHOOLERS: Instruct, coach, and oversee Service Team campers assigned work rotations in the kitchen throughout the summer.
3.DEVELOPMENT PROCESS: Participate in HoneyRock’s leadership development process in the kitchen work area through coaching meetings, goal setting, feedback, and reflection with your Unit Leader and/or the Food Service Coordinator.
4.POLICIES AND MODELING: Staff will be responsible for living out the policies, vision/mission, philosophy and objectives of HoneyRock in words and actions on and off the job for the duration their summer on staff.
5.SAFETY: Above all, staff are responsible for maintaining the physical, emotional, and psychological safety of staff and campers, both in the kitchen work area and throughout camp, including abiding by the standards of ServeSafe in all food service operations and with regard to all use of kitchen equipment.
