|Responsibilities|| Prepare breakfast buffet for outdoor kitchen 4 days a week 60-70 guests
Prep and cook room service menu for lodge guests according to menu, recipes and to lodge standard in a timely manner
Complete assigned daily prep list and clean up list work to assist staff in completing baking, grab n go food prep and set up, weekly kitchen turnover and other duties as assigned
High standard required for hygiene, cleanliness in staff housing, meeting kitchen food safety and proper food handling requirements
Requires proven track record of dependability and work ethic.
45-50 hours per week.
Prefer previous experience in commercial kitchen with prep and cooking, but culinary students welcome to apply we will train the right applicant.
Reports directly to Executive Chef and Sous Chef

We are also Blessed to have our own 3 acre organic farm that supplies the kitchen throughout the growing season.
