Plain and Simple Sourdough Bread
(For Automatic Breadmaker)

Makes 1-1/2 pound (681g) loaf

3/4 cup (180ml) warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 cup (236ml) sourdough starter (see other recipe)
1 1/2 teaspoons (8ml) salt
2 2/3 cups (393ml) bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons (8ml) active dry yeast

1. Add all ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer.
2. Select white bread setting and push start.
