A beautiful salsa that is a great topping for grilled chicken breast
1 cup (240ml) finely chopped strawberries
1 fresh Serrano or jalapeņo chili, minced
1/4 cup (60ml) finely chopped scallions
2 Tbsp (30ml) finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp (1.2ml) salt
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) sugar (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. May be made several hours ahead and chilled, covered.
