Dear CCF Members,

I apologize for taking so long once again to get this newsletter out. I would love to spend more time with this ministry, but when one owns a busy restaurant/B&B, wants to spend time as a family, while battling (and winning at the battle) cancer, time becomes a scarcity. Regarding the cancer, if you're interested, you can see my posts on the CCF Message Boards in the "Surgery" and "Cancer" posts of the "Prayer Requests" area:

I will be trying to get more regular newsletters out in the future. At this point we're hoping to do it on a quarterly basis. We are in need of help with Culinary Learning Articles and database entry assistance with the Job Listings area if anybody is interested. The job listings has continued to stay fairly up to date and following this letter is a list of the 38 new jobs posted since the last newsletter.

Anyway, on a lighter tone, God has been continuing to open doors for us to possibly start a Christian Culinary School as soon as the 2007 Spring Semester. If you're interested or know someone who might be, please visit our website listed below this paragraph for the curriculum, costs, and much more information. Also, if you are a culinary instructor or have other helpful resources, we would be very interested in your input and advice to make sure this program is all God intends it to be. If you would like to help us gather funds for scholarships, which enables students without finances to enroll, please contact us for more information. We are also in need of some quality (not necessarily fine dining) food service establishments that make at least 90% of everything from scratch (soups, sauces, cutting own steaks, etc.) for students' internships.

Finally, we have turned off our e-mails!!! Approximately 250 spam had been arriving in our email every single day, so we have discontinued all of our current e-mail addresses (ccf, leo, ira, trivia, etc.). We still welcome personal letters and feedback through the contact form on our website. If you have an attachment or something that does need to be sent via e-mail, ask via the form and we can give you an alternate secure e-mail address to send to.
