Responsibilities	The SAMBICA Sous Chef/Kitchen Supervisor is part of the SAMBICA Summer team that will help advance the mission and vision of SAMBICA by working together with the kitchen crew to serve as the hands of Christ in our Dining Hall. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities. The Sous Chef helps to ensure our Dining Hall functions as a safe, clean environment that provides three delicious meals each day, for as many as 400 people. Must have professional kitchen experience, leadership skills, and a Washington State Food Handlers Card and be 20+ years. This is a summer, seasonal position.
Pay	Weekly Wage: $230, plus room and board.

Title	Kitchen Assistant
Responsibilities	The SAMBICA Kitchen Assistant is part of the SAMBICA Summer team that will help advance the mission and vision of SAMBICA, by working together with the kitchen team to serve as the hands of Christ in our Dining Hall. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill & be teamwork-oriented. The Kitchen Assistant helps to ensure our Dining Hall functions as a safe, clean environment that provides three delicious meals each day, for as many as 400 people. Must have a Washington State Food Handlers Card and be 15+ years old.
Pay	Weekly Wage: $205, plus room and board.
