Responsibilities	Prepare 3 meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner - including appetizers & desserts) for 40+ people for 3 1/2 days of the week. Head chef will be responsible for leading 1-2 sous chefs. Create menu & order ingredients for pick up weekly. Make great meals. Keep kitchen stocked, clean, and impressive (commercial kitchen).
Pay	$2,000 / month - room & board included.

Title	Sous Chef
