The Chef will prepare menus, develop recipes, maintain reporting and feedback, and generally ensure customer satisfaction for the executive dining room. Chef will design menus and lead the kitchen team to execute menus for medium to large scale formal, multi course, banquets. Ensure the highest levels of food safety are achieved in all areas in receiving, preparing, serving and storage of all food products.

In the absence of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef provides supervision and culinary leadership for the cooking team. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring the safety of the food during the storage, cooking and serving process.
