Alumni of the CCA Certificate in Culinary Arts have a unique opportunity to further their education as godly foodservice professionals. Certificate in Culinary Management students will learn integral lessons in management, customer service, human resources, and business operations to better prepare them for leadership roles in the culinary industry.
Prerequisites
Criteria for Acceptance Applicants will be evaluated for their level of competence on each of the prerequisites. In addition, applicants will be discussed amongst staff, guest chef-instructors, and summer internship host chef for their level of reliability and competence before a decision is made. Applications will be evaluated to determine if an applicant has a heart for Biblical leadership and teamwork, and possesses long-term goals for the industry. Finances After discounts, tuition is about half of the first-year Certificate in Culinary Arts program. Housing and meal fees are the same as the first-year program.
