Title	Executive Chef
Responsibilities	Lead the food service operation at Singing Hills. Responsibilities: Create menus Order groceries/ingredients Manage inventory Cook/Oversee cooking of menu items Train and manage kitchen staff Communicate with guest group leaders about dining needs/dietary restrictions. Summer: 20 meals a week average 140-170 guests per meal Fall Winter Spring: 5-8 meals a week average 100-150 guests per meal.
Pay	50-60K per year based on experience. Includes housing for 1 or 2 person family. Health, Dental, PTO
